The hotel looks luxurious and spacious. Vending machines are available for guests to purchase snacks and drinks. The room is large and clean.
The lighting in the room is quite dim, and the bathroom has the same issue. There is only one yellow light in the bathroom, and the black mosaic tiles on the walls make the space feel excessively dark and gloomy.
The room does not provide a kettle or complimentary bottled water. Although a water dispenser is available outside the room, it is not a Coway brand, and the water is not hot enough. This is quite disappointing for a hotel of this standard, as guests would expect better amenities and convenience.
