1 ground floor bedroom apartment with a 1 bedroom and modern bathroom.

Location was perfect! Steps from Metro and Montparnasse rail station. Tons of restaurants seconds away. It had a separate bedroom with king bed, bed was very comfortable. Modern but small compact kitchen and a washing machine. Sofa was also comfortable. Smart flat screen tv in living room and bedroom, nice large bathroom with double sink and rain shower. I would definitely stay there again.

Property was a bit run down, nothing serious I just think after a busy summer of renting that the sofa, carpets and walls would need a good clean. Property was on ground level therefore no view and no a/c if you plan on renting in the summer.

5 / 10

I would not choose it again

The position is very central.

The appartment has ZERO windows. Not even a single one. It is not possible to see that from the appartment description. From the pictures it looks like there is a window, but it is actually an internal one. From the bedroom to the living room. The appartment is very humid. There is water dripping on the walls. Also, the entrance door is made out of glass, since this is the only source of natural light. There is a second door that looks like a basement door, but it does not close. Hence, we did not feel safe at all in there.

5 / 10

Nice location, however the unit was tiny, needed a lot of maintenance and is no good for 4 people.

Location

The unit needed a lot of maintenance The divan broke on the first night however the staff were responsive in coming to repair it the same day. But then it broke again the next night. The toilet door was broken and the light switches had no fittings. Locking and unlocking the front door was not easy. The unit was very small and once the divan was pulled out, there was no room at all in the lounge room. The walls were damaged and the entire unit needs a paint job.
