The location couldn’t be better - it’s so central, 2 minutes from Baixa Chiado metro station, but quiet thanks to the great windows/shutters. It was so central we could pop back for a rest or to use the toilet etc. Very clean and contemporary - exactly like the pictures. The price was very reasonable. Check in instructions were clear and communication with hosts was great. We would stay here again and recommend it thoroughly.

We liked the location and was a quiet building.

The apartment was very well situated, clean and hd everything we needed.
The balcony was small but a perfect place to have a coffee and watch the life of the city.
Not easy to find garbage bins.

Excellent location, close to main attractions. There's a lift which is important for travelers with a lot of luggage. The place was quite clean and tidy, just like the pictures shown. Even the washing machine was new, and the tumbler was clean!
The shower inside the toilet has no door. Every night, there's a pool of water inside that toilet. It's slippery and inconvenient. Worst of all, after reporting to the housekeeper that the wifi was broken, no further action was taken to fix it. We had to endure two nights without wifi. This was extremely inconvenient!
