Horrible
The staff was helpful
It was leaking , they came to fix and said it wasn’t leaking and just dried the water off floor. 1 hour later floor was soaked again. The couches worn out, beds worn out. Horrible location and nasty hallways, door was nasty . It looked like something from a horror movie honestly

WORST PLACE TO STAY! GO ELSE WHERE MOLD INFESTED
We did not like anything about this property. We actually have wanted to reach out and possibly get a refund because there was so many things about this property that fill way under guidelines and satisfactory.
Starting off, we were told that we would be getting free parking when we got there. We had to pay a $70 per vehicle stay also when we got into the room it was so humid and I guess they leave the air off when they do not have people staying there. It was so hot. We didn’t know this until the day of that you’re not supposed to touch the air conditioner thermostat you cannot make it below 73 which is way too hot for someone to sleep comfortably in June heat. There was also mold in all rooms that we had in our condo. We had mold around the trim of each room, mold on the air vent for each room, and we ended up washing all the sheets, spraying bleach having to disinfect every little thing when we got there, the utensils had rust on them. We are so unhappy with the experience that we got for the price that we paid is still not good we paid around $1500 for this trip and it was not worth it. Then if you went out to eat or anything like that and move your vehicle when you got back, there were no parking. They had security guards that they had tons of construction work going on only one elevator so we basically had to walk upstairs to go to the second floor then every day of our stay at 6 AM. A group of construction workers were so loud and banging on equipment at the place, they would do that for around an hour and a half and then they would not work anymore that day, so it did not make any sense at 6 AM. It was the loudest noise, banging concrete or banging some kind of metal or something so loud. We were truly embarrassed about this day. I would not stay here ever again, and I have told multiple people to never stay at this place. I want a full refund back and I will be contacting them about all these issues the second night into us being there we ended up just getting a hotel and not staying there the remainder of the time because we both started to get head cold and I’m pretty sure it was because of the mold.
