Our apartment is equipped with a TV, balcony, shower and toilet with a hair dryer, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kitchenette, approximately 25 square meters of living space, and an unobstructed view of the mountains—it leaves nothing to be desired.

The apartment is located on the first floor of your lodging.


Our family-run guesthouse offers free parking right outside the door, as well as storage space for your bicycles or skis. Please note, however, that dogs or other pets are not permitted in this non-smoking apartment.

Just 3 km from the Inzell Speed Skating Center, a vacation rental and an apartment await you for a carefree vacation.

​Our guesthouse is located in a particularly quiet spot in the Berchtesgadener Land vacation area, with direct access to the Chiemgau vacation region. We rent out 1 apartment and 1 vacation rental in our house, each accommodating 2 people.
Our accommodations serve as an ideal starting point for mountain hikes, mountain bike or cycling tours, cross-country or downhill skiing, as well as long walks or snow hikes in the valley.



On-site fees: Payment is due on site in cash. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. The visitor’s tax of 2.00 € per person/night (ages 16 and up) and 1.00 € per person/night (ages 6–16) will be charged separately on site. Starting on 01.01.2026, the tourist tax is €2.50 per person per night (ages 16 and older). The base rate includes final cleaning, bed linens, towels, Wi-Fi, and parking.



Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 10:00, and check-out is from 00:00 to 10:00.
