Welcome to the Karlieb House in Dörfel, a district of Schlettau in the Ore Mountains. You’ll be staying at our 150-year-old former farmstead, which has been in our family for five generations.
Thanks to its convenient location in the heart of the Ore Mountains, Dörfel is an ideal starting point for a variety of excursions in the surrounding area, such as Annaberg-Buchholz (4 km), Oberwiesenthal (25 km), Chemnitz (35 km), etc. There are also numerous hiking and biking opportunities right here in the area, such as to Schlettau Castle (4 km), Geyer with Binge (7 km), the Greifenstein area and reservoir (10 km), Frohnauer Hammer, and the Markus Röhling Tunnel (3 km). Or take a leisurely stroll through the nearby forests and enjoy the view of the five mountains from the Dörfler Höhe.
A free parking space is available to our guests for the duration of their stay. Bicycles can be stored here
On-site fees: Payment terms: A deposit of 10% of the total booking amount is due immediately after booking; please transfer the remaining balance no later than 10 days before arrival. Check-in: 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM (or by arrangement) Check-out: by 10:00 AM Keys will be handed over in person on site. An extra bed is available for 20.00 EUR per night. Included in the price: bed linens and towels; utilities such as electricity, water, and heating; final cleaning; parking; Wi-Fi (no guarantee regarding speed or data transfer rates). Pets are not allowed.
