About this apartment rental
The Coachman's Apartment is our largest ground-floor apartment for 4 people and is designed to be accessible. Wall-mounted heating provides pleasant warmth
With 73 m² of space, the Kutscher Apartment features a bedroom with a double bed (which can be separated into two single beds), a bedroom with twin beds (which can be pushed together), and a living area with an open kitchen and a spacious, naturally lit bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and toilet. The doors are 100 cm wide. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, and coffee maker.
The apartment opens onto a small courtyard with a terrace, from which you have direct access to the popular hiking trail along the Frelsbach.
Free Wi-Fi is available for our guests. If you need a high chair, please let us know.
Please note that all apartments are non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
The Buschmühle is a former watermill nestled in the lovely Frelsbach Valley. Four vacation apartments with a total of 12 beds have been converted in the former stable building of this three-winged complex. During the renovation of the half-timbered building, eco-friendly building materials were carefully selected to create a comfortable indoor climate.
Surrounding the Buschmühle are meadows and forests, and the Frelsbach stream flows just a few meters past the building. The Rochlitzer-Kohrener-Land cycling and hiking trail also follows the Frelsbach. Beavers have settled along the stream’s natural course and can be heard and seen in the mornings and evenings.
From the Buschmühle, shops for daily necessities are easily accessible (Rochlitz/Geithain, approx. 5 km), and the train station is located in Geithain. There is an organic grocery store in the neighboring village (1 km). For art and culture, the castles of Rochlitz and Colditz are nearby, and the cities of Leipzig, Chemnitz, and Dresden are easily accessible for day trips.
On-site costs: A 50% prepayment is charged after booking.Please make the remaining payment 2 days before arrival. Please transfer the amount as soon as you receive the invoice.
