The apartment is approximately 85 m² in size, a large living room with a sitting area and a spacious sofa set, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a new bathroom, and a south-west-facing balcony with a view of the mountains.
On-site costs: A deposit of 50% of the total price is due upon booking.Payment is made by bank transfer. Pets are not allowed.A tourist tax of 3 euros per adult and 1 euro per child (ages 6–16) will be charged separately on site. Final cleaning: 45 euros per stay.
