The apartment is 50 square meters and consists of a hallway, a large bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), a vanity table, a closet, and a cozy little seating area by the window. The living room, dining area, and kitchenette are located in a separate, spacious room. The sofa converts into a bed (130 x 200 cm). From there, you can access the bathroom, which features a sink, toilet, and shower, along with a hair dryer. You’ll find everything you need for your vacation in the small kitchen. A large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, and a coffee machine (Senseo) are also available. Tea, some coffee pods, canned milk, and a bottle of water are provided for you. From the south-facing living room, you can step out onto a small balcony with a wonderful view of nature and the spa park/the town of Bad Orb. The price includes bed linens, towels, 2 bathrobes, and kitchen linens. You can park your vehicle for free in the courtyard (depending on its size; please ask when booking) directly in front of the front door. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.



The vacation rental is located on the top floor of a three-family house right on the edge of the forest in Bad Orb.
The apartment was completely renovated in 2023 and fitted with new windows and a new bathroom/toilet.
All the furniture, mattresses, etc., are new and have been lovingly selected for you, so you’ll have everything you need.
A city bus stop is located about 100 meters from the vacation rental.
In addition to a gorgeous outdoor swimming pool with a natural pool, Bad Orb offers a large spa park with a mini-golf course, tennis courts, and a graduation tower, as well as the Toskana Therme (and much more). For mountain bikers, the Flowtrail is right on your doorstep. The connection to the A66 is 10 minutes away. The city center is 1.5 kilometers away, and the commercial district with all its shopping options is about 2.5 kilometers away. The following restaurants are in the immediate vicinity: Gaststätte Forsthaus-Stübchen 500 m, Philosophenhöhe 800 m, Restaurant Kurpark 800 m, Ristorante La Strada 1.1 km, Hotel Restaurant Pizzeria Toscana Bad Orb 1 km, Restaurant Alter Bahnhof 1.5 km, Rauchfang Restaurant 1.3 km, Alte Schmiede 1.2 km, Kärrners Gasthausbrauerei 950 m, Curry House—Indian Specialties 1.2 km, Hotel Lorösch 1.1 km, Akropolis Athen 1 km, etc. You’ll find bakeries, butchers, and whatever else you need in the Old Town or in the commercial district.



On-site costs: Payment is due either in advance via bank transfer, in cash, or by debit card (no credit cards!) upon arrival. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is available from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM (or by prior arrangement). Keys are handed over in person on-site or via the key safe. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Smoking is allowed on the balcony provided the door is closed. A travel crib and high chair are available on-site upon request. The daily visitor’s tax for the city of Bad Orb is as follows: Adults €2.50, people with severe disabilities (70% or higher) €1.25, children (up to age 6) free, children and teenagers (ages 7 through 16) €1.00; children and adolescents with a disability rating of 70% or higher: €0.50.
