Nestled among the region’s mountains, your vacation home is located on a quiet road at the edge of the village of Sehma. Nature begins right at the dirt path behind the house, and after just a few steps, you’ll find yourself in the middle of the forest. The forest is perfect for hiking and stretches southwest toward the Fichtelberg (we’re happy to arrange guided hikes).
One of the region’s most beautiful outdoor swimming pools is just a 10-minute walk from the vacation home. Cyclists can quickly reach the bike path that runs parallel to the B95 toward Annaberg and the Czech border. Mountain bikers can join the famous “Stoneman Miriquidi” trail, which crosses through town about 500 meters away. In winter, groomed cross-country trails and well-groomed slopes at the Keilberg/Fichtelberg ski area—just a 25-minute drive away—offer everything a winter sports enthusiast could wish for. At the “Fichtelbergblick,” just 800 meters away, you can enjoy regional cuisine.

Culturally, our region has a lot to offer. Annaberg, the “Berg- & Adam-Ries-Stadt,” beckons with its sights.
In addition to Saxony’s largest late-Gothic hall church, the miners’ cathedral “St. Annen,” a variety of museums await visitors.

Apartment:

Your temporary home, measuring 55 square meters, features a double bed (180x200 cm) with a variety of pillows, bed linens included.
An extra bed and a travel crib (provided) are available.
The living/sleeping area features a large dining table, TV
a small library, and various family games.
The fully equipped kitchen features a ceramic cooktop with oven, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
A kettle, soda maker, toaster, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, and a DAB radio are also provided.
The spacious, bright bathroom is equipped with a toilet, shower, bathtub, hair dryer, washing machine, and dryer. Hand towels, bath towels, and toiletries are included.
A high chair and a step stool for children are available upon request.



On-site fees: Payment is due in cash upon arrival.A 50% advance payment may be charged after booking. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request.Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. A crib can be provided free of charge upon request. A visitor’s tax of €1.50 per person per night is payable in addition on site.A security deposit of €100 must be paid in cash upon arrival and will be refunded in cash upon departure.
