This centrally located and newly renovated vacation rental is in Pfronten Berg and features a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a large sofa, a shower, and a separate kitchen equipped with an electric stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, and more. The SUIC vacation rental has a balcony and a terrace where you can enjoy sunny days.
Centrally located, state-of-the-art vacation apartments offering plenty of comfort in idyllic Pfronten
A bakery is within walking distance. The train station and shopping are about a 5-minute walk away. There’s a pizzeria diagonally across from the apartment. A parking space directly in front of the apartment is included in the rental price. Two kilometers away is a winter ski slope, and the Thanheimertal Mountains are about 10 kilometers away. A vacation village surrounded by mountains and lakes, offering winter and summer beauty. Neuschwanstein Castle is 20 km from the SUN Vacation Apartments, about a 30-minute drive.
On-site costs: Payment of at least 90% or the full amount is due within 14 days of receiving the invoice. Payments are currently only accepted via bank transfer or in cash upon key pickup, subject to prior arrangement. Check-in is available between 15:00 - 22:00, or at a specific time by prior arrangement. It is recommended that the guest call me 1 hour before arrival to ensure a smooth key handover. Check-out by 10:30 a.m. Pets are not allowed. Crib available upon request. Bedding and towels included. Effective April 1, 2023: €2.40 for guests aged 17 and older (or from their 16th birthday onward); €1.50 for guests aged 7 through 16 (or from their 6th birthday through age 15, inclusive) Children up to age 6 are exempt from the visitor’s tax (or exempt up to and including age 5). The exact date of birth is decisive when calculating the spa tax for children and adolescents.
