Apartment 6 is located on the top floor (3rd floor) of a building with a historic half-timbered facade that was completely renovated and modernized as recently as 1998 and fully meets today’s standards of comfort.
Our newest, modernly furnished apartment (2-room apartment with kitchen, approx. 50 m²) features a bedroom (with a double bed), a cozy living and dining room (with an extra bed), a chic, small kitchen, and a bright, natural-light bathroom with a bathtub. High-quality blackout pleated blinds let you effectively keep the sun out—if you’d like! The entertainment system includes a flat-screen TV (satellite reception).
We provide bed linens and towels. There’s plenty of space for your bicycles in the partially covered and lockable courtyard. Optionally, a washing machine, a dryer, and additional drying options are available in the courtyard or in the laundry room (first floor).
If you’d like, you can enjoy breakfast at one of the many nearby bakeries or cafés. You’ll also have easy access to a wide variety of restaurants, bistros, ice cream parlors, and beer gardens in the pedestrian zone.
A parking space (optional) is located very nearby.

On-site fees: Payment is due in cash on site or by bank transfer. Since January 1, 2025, the city of Hamelin has been charging a 4% overnight stay tax plus VAT on the accommodation price. This tax is not included in the listed accommodation price and must be paid directly to the host. A deposit of 50% of the total price may be charged at any time after booking. 1. A booking can be canceled without penalty within 14 days. A deposit is due only after that time. For last-minute bookings, the cancellation and deposit deadlines may be shorter. The exact amount of the deposit is specified in the booking confirmation. If the deposit is not received on time, the landlord reserves the right to rent the apartment to another guest. 2. In the event of cancellation after the 14-day cancellation period has expired or in the event of a no-show, the following cancellation fees will apply: - Deposit = cancellation fee. - From 6 to 2 weeks before arrival: 65% of the total price. - Up to 1 week before arrival: 80% of the total price; thereafter, 100%. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Keys are handed over in person on-site or via a key safe. Pets are not allowed. Crib/extra bed available upon request.
