The vacation home is located on a side street in the woods. Here you can relax, go hiking, and enjoy the sauna. It’s situated outside the village and, with over 3,000 m², offers plenty of peace and nature. Thanks to its high-valley location, it stays pleasantly cool in the summer and gets a bit more snow in the winter.
The property is located outside the village in a protected landscape area. Therefore, open campfires are not permitted, but barbecuing is allowed. 
We, the hosts, lovingly renovated large parts of this cottage in 2021 and 2022. We hope this fully equipped home will bring you joy and relaxation as well. 
In nearby Altenberg, you’ll find a wealth of recreational activities and can explore the UNESCO World Heritage Site “Erzgebirge/Krušnohoří Mining Region” both above and below ground.



Vacation home, shower and bathtub, 3 bedrooms:

Spanning two floors, the vacation home offers 120 m² of space for 7 people. The first floor consists of a 55 m² kitchen-living room with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a large dining table that seats up to 8 people. The living area features a large sofa and a 55-inch smart TV. Each floor has a large bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink.
The upper floor consists of 3 bedrooms. Two of them are furnished with double beds (1 box-spring bed; 1 large double bed). The third bedroom has a bunk bed and a single bed. A crib can also be added.



On-site fees: A prepayment of 100% of the total price is due 21 days before arrival. If there are fewer than 21 days between booking and arrival, payment must be made immediately upon receipt of the booking.Payment is made by bank transfer. You will receive separate instructions via email. Check-out is between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Guests will receive separate instructions regarding key pickup. Pets are not allowed. A crib or rollaway bed is available upon request. A visitor’s tax of 1.50 € per person per day will be charged separately on site. (Children under 6 are free.) Included in the price: bed linens, towels, parking, Wi-Fi; table tennis. Additional charges: optional: €30 – sauna (per week); optional: €0.40/kWh - 11 kW charging station, Type 2 plug



Check-in is available from 5:00 PM to 8:00, and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
