About this apartment rental
The vacation rental is located in the Kappel district of Pfronten. Built in 2016, our house immediately catches the eye with its large, well-maintained garden and green shutters. Pfronten offers every guest plenty of options for enjoying their vacation. Kappel features a forest ropes course, an archery course, and a gorge with a waterfall. Furthermore, one of Pfronten’s 12 adventure playgrounds is located right here in the village. From your front door, you can hike directly to two mountain huts: the Hündleskopf Hut and the Kappler Alp. The area is equally inviting for mountain biking. If you need to cool off after an activity, there’s a wading pool and a village inn with a beer garden. Since we offer the Königscard, you can enjoy up to 200 recreational activities in the region for free: forest rope courses, archery courses, mountain railways, swimming pools, museums, local buses, bike rentals, and much more..... Fuchs Vacation Rental:
Spacious ground-floor vacation apartment in a modern wooden building with a separate entrance and a large south-facing terrace with a view of the mountains. The fully equipped kitchen with dining area, dishwasher, large refrigerator (including freezer), induction cooktop, oven, electric kettle, toaster, and filter coffee maker leaves nothing to be desired. 2 separate bedrooms with double beds (180m x 200m). Shower/toilet with a window. Children’s playground available in the garden. Please note that pets are not allowed. The apartment is rented only to non-smokers. You can use the Wi-Fi and the parking space in front of the house free of charge. Towels, bed linens, and final cleaning are included. The short-stay surcharge (5–6 nights) is included in the price. The balance and visitor’s tax are payable in cash on site.
On-site costs: Payment is made on site in cash or in advance via bank transfer. A deposit of 50% of the total price may be charged after booking. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is available from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. A crib and high chair can be provided free of charge upon request. The tourist tax of €1.80 per person aged 16 and older per night (children ages 6–16: €1.20) will be charged separately on site.
