The Ullrich vacation home is quietly situated in a small residential neighborhood in Augustusburg, on the property of the owners. It is located in the immediate vicinity of the Rosts Wiesen recreation center (ski lifts, toboggan run, summer toboggan run, and mini-golf). Hiking and walking trails start right at your doorstep. In the garden, a seating area with a grill invites you to relax. Enjoy the wonderful view of the castle panorama.

The 45-square-meter vacation home accommodates up to 4 people and is spread over two floors. The upper floor features a cozy, open-concept living and sleeping area. It features a double bed and a dresser, as well as a sofa bed, a coffee table, a desk, and an armchair. The first floor includes the entryway, the kitchen, and the bathroom. In the entryway, there is a small table with a view of the garden and the castle panorama. The separate kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a ceramic-top electric stove, an electric kettle, and a coffee maker. Enjoy cozy and relaxing evenings by the fireplace. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, and hair dryer. A washing machine is also available for your use. You have access to the garden, which features seating and a grill.
On-site fees: Payment is due in cash upon arrival.Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. A visitor’s tax of 1.00 euro per adult (0.50 euro for children ages 6 to 16) will be charged separately on site. Bedding, towels, and final cleaning are included in the price.Parking is available directly in front of the house.
