About this apartment rental
With us, you'll stay in a beautiful, bright vacation apartment (40 m²) with one bedroom (box spring bed 160 × 200), a modern bathroom, and a kitchen. Our apartment is non-smoking (smokers may smoke in the courtyard).
The vacation rental is well-equipped, including an induction cooktop (2 burners), electric kettle, coffee maker, 60-inch flat-screen TV, etc.
When the weather permits, you’re welcome to use our small garden as a place to sit. You can rent a grill (Lotus Grill) with accessories from us for a small fee.
A travel crib can be provided upon request. Towels and bed linens are, of course, included.
The apartment is located in the historic center of Annaberg-Buchholz. The Annaberg Market and St. Anne’s Church are just a few minutes’ walk away. You’ll find shopping options in the center around the market. A discount store is about 1,200 meters away.
On-site costs: A 20% deposit is charged after booking. The remaining balance is due in cash upon arrival or can be paid via bank transfer before your arrival. Check-in is available from 16.00 - 23.00. Please check out by 11:00. You will receive the key upon arrival. Please ring the doorbell at Winzer and/or Jäger. If no one is there, you will receive the code for the key safe in advance. Pets are not allowed. The apartment is non-smoking. A baby crib can be provided upon request (free of charge). The guest tax, final cleaning, towels, Wi-Fi, and bed linens are included in the booking price. Parking is available around the vacation rental. Due to its proximity to the city center, there is no dedicated parking space for the vacation rental.
