About this house rental
You’ll be staying in a lovingly furnished, modern vacation apartment on the 2nd floor.
Your apartment has a bedroom with a double bed (1.80 × 2.00 m), a combined living and dining area with a small sofa and armchair, as well as a fully equipped built-in kitchenette and dining area, a small balcony, a bathroom with a shower, and a small entryway. In total, you’ll have about 45 m² of living space. Of course, a small safe for your valuables is also provided. The apartment comes with a parking space.
In the evenings, guests gather in the house bar, where drinks are available on a self-service basis via a “trust box.” This usually leads to wonderful conversations about places to visit—close friendships have even formed here. If you’d like, you can barbecue in the courtyard or end the day by the campfire. Our small party tent is popular with larger travel groups (for house guests only).
Our four-sided farmstead was painstakingly and extensively renovated in 2008. You’ll stay in a lovingly furnished vacation apartment for two or four people in this idyllic, historic farmhouse. At Auszeithof, we offer parking and Wi-Fi in all vacation apartments. Additionally, for a fee, we offer a barbecue area, a campfire site, or a space for small celebrations or seminars for up to 30 people (all additional services are available only to guests staying at the farm). Plus, all our animals look forward to some petting.
For guests ages 12 and older only

• 1 bedroom for 1–2 people
• 2 bedrooms for 1–4 people
Two shepherd’s wagons for 2 people
On-site fees: A 100% deposit is due 7 days prior to arrival. For last-minute bookings made 7 days or less before arrival, full payment is due immediately. On-site, you can pay for additional services such as drinks and barbecue in cash or by card. Check-in from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; check-out from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Bookable only for guests aged 14 and older. Pets are not allowed. Keys will be handed over in person. Possible additional fees: Drinks, barbecue
