About this apartment rental
Our house features, among other things, two vacation apartments (Katz & Maus). These are located next to each other on the first floor of the house. The apartments are accessible via their own separate stairwell. The house is located in Augustusburg, in the Hennersdorf neighborhood, right on the Goldbach. Our house features a large outdoor area with a separate barbecue area for our guests. A seating area with a grill has been set up for our guests right next to the pond.
“Maus” Vacation Apartment:
MAUS VACATION APARTMENT This is how the mouse lives:
• Kitchen-living room
• Large bathroom with a bathtub
• Double bedroom with a double bed
• 2-bed room (additional rollaway or crib available!)
• The vacation rental has a modern style with light white and cream tones. With 4-meter-high ceilings, it has a pleasant, spacious atmosphere.
On-site costs: A deposit of 25% of the total price may be charged at any time after booking. Payment is due in cash on site (or via bank transfer in advance, up to 3 days before arrival). Check-in is available from 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Check-out is available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Keys are handed over in person (if you arrive after 9:00 PM, they will be left for you). Pets are allowed upon request (for a fee). A crib/extra bed is available (as are a baby bathtub and high chair). A visitor’s tax of 1 EUR per person per night is payable on site. For teens up to age 16, the visitor’s tax is 0.50 EUR, and children up to age 6 are exempt. Information on included services: bed linens, towels, parking, Wi-Fi
