About this apartment rental
The "Tannenzapfen" apartment can accommodate up to 5 people. With its 73 m², this apartment is perfect for families with 1–3 children.
What makes it special is that, in addition to a bedroom with a double bed, this apartment features another bedroom with 3 bunk beds, (2 of the bunk beds have a shortened standard size of 80 x 175 cm.) The cozy living-dining area, with its fully equipped kitchen and comfortable couch/TV area, offers plenty of space for cooking, dining, and spending time together.
The bathroom is spacious and features a rain shower, a sink, and two infrared seats.
The private balcony, with its panoramic view of Seiffen, invites you to linger.
Four-legged guests are also very welcome here.

You’ll feel completely at home in these lovingly furnished, rustic apartments. All apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen, TV, free Wi-Fi, free parking, and a laundry kit. Recharge your batteries while enjoying the beautiful view from your own balcony or terrace
You’ll find even more relaxation in one of the three private bio saunas in the larger apartments or in the separate Erzalmhaus in the Stollengrotte wellness area, featuring a cozy sauna area, its own relaxation room, and an outdoor area.
Younger guests who still have energy to burn can let off steam in our splash pool, the warm children’s pool, or on the Bienenwiese playground to ensure a restful night’s sleep.
On-site charges: Payment is due on site in cash or by debit/credit card. A deposit of 20% of the total price may be charged at any time after booking. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Check-out is available from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM. Keys are handed over at the front desk upon arrival. Pets are allowed in certain apartments upon request. A travel crib can be provided upon request (free of charge). The visitor’s tax of 3€ per adult per night will be charged separately on-site. Services such as a bread roll delivery and/or a stocked refrigerator can be booked as optional extras and must be requested at least 3 days before arrival. Additional fees may apply for towel and linens changes and mid-stay cleaning. Included in the base price: 1. Linen package, Wi-Fi, parking, and use of the wellness floor.
