An 8-unit apartment building near the center of Annaberg-Buchholz, facing south on a quiet side street. The city center—with its theater, doctors’ offices, pharmacies, shopping street, and other cultural facilities—is less than a 10-minute walk away.
A bakery, Netto discount store, Fressnapf pet store, and beverage store are just 250 m away.
Annaberg-Buchholz is beautifully situated at the foot of the Pöhlberg in the Ore Mountains. There is an extensive network of hiking trails, animal enclosures, and a hotel-restaurant with a viewing platform, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the town of Annaberg-Buchholz while sipping a cold beer.
Federal Highway 101 is only about 200 m away; from here, you can reach the towns of Schwarzenberg and Aue, among others. It’s only a 25-minute drive to the winter sports resort of Oberwiesenthal. Here, a paradise for skiers awaits on the Fichtelberg and the Keilberg in nearby Czech Republic.

Our 2-room vacation apartment, with 50 m² of living space, accommodates 1–2 people. The cozy living room, featuring a sofa and a TV with internet access, is the perfect place to relax. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, stove, microwave, oven, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and milk frother, has everything you could ask for. The vacation apartment features 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed (140 x 200). In the modern bathroom, you can unwind with a relaxing soak in the tub after an eventful day of sightseeing. Bed linens and towels are included in the base price. You can use the Wi-Fi and the parking space in front of the house free of charge.
On-site costs: Payment is due in advance or in cash on-site. A 100% prepayment may be charged after booking. Check-in is available from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Check-out is from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Pets are allowed upon request (a fee of 10 € per pet per night applies). The visitor’s tax of 1.80 € per person (ages 18 and older) per night will be charged separately on-site.
