The maisonette apartments on the upper floor of both of our buildings are comfortably furnished and bright and airy thanks to the large glass front. The entryway features a restroom and a coat closet. On the same level is the fully equipped kitchen, as well as the living and dining area with a covered south-facing balcony, from which you can enjoy the unmistakable view of the lake and the Alps on clear days. The bedroom, located in the attic, features two large skylights and serves as a peaceful retreat. Adjacent to it is the bathroom with a rain shower.

We look forward to welcoming you., If you’re looking for a beautiful temporary home with a spectacular view of Lake Constance, you’ve come to the right place. Our two buildings were newly constructed in 2020/2021 and lovingly furnished with unique vacation apartments. They are located in the charming Überlingen neighborhood of Aufkirch, just above Überlingen. The panoramic location offers a unique view of the western part of Lake Constance and, on clear days, the Alpine panorama of Switzerland, Austria, and the Allgäu Alps. From all of our apartments, you can enjoy the view of the lake and the Alps from the south-facing balcony.
You can relax in all 10 apartments in our two newly built buildings. From the moment you arrive, every room invites you to feel at home with high-quality furnishings, a cozy sitting area, a private kitchen, and beautifully designed bathrooms. And don’t forget the panoramic balcony, where you can take in the vastness of the landscape.



On-site costs: Payment is due on-site in cash or by debit/credit card, or in advance via bank transfer. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. A travel crib can be provided upon request for an additional charge of €5.00 per night. A high chair is available free of charge. The visitor’s tax (for guests 16 years and older) is charged separately on-site (November 1–March 31: €1.95 per person/day; April 1–October 31: €2.60 per person/day). The base rate includes towels, bed linens, final cleaning, Wi-Fi, and underground parking. Use of the washing machine and dryer in an adjacent room is free of charge.A bread roll delivery service is also available free of charge.



Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00, and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
