Mail envoyé mercredi 30/07/25 à 18.03 après être rentrée chez moi. Bonjour Je n'ai pas sejourné dans le T2 hier soir. Je n'ai pas de smart phone, et aussi je ne savais pas qu'il s'agaissait d'un apart, et pas un Apart Hôtel, donc je suis arrivée devant l'immeuble pour ne pas trouver de logement! Je trouve qu'envoyer cette information essentielle aussi tardivement, 3 heures avant l'arrivée du client, manque de savoir faire. J'aurais pensé que c'est le genre d'info que l'on envoie une bonne semaine avant la date de séjour. Si j'aurais eu ce mail la semaine dernière ou un n° de téléphone pour le propriétaire, j'aurais pu y entrer. En fin de compte, je suis aller à coté de la gare SNCF et payé 95€ pour une chambre dans un autre hôtel. Je me suis re-connecté sur la confirmation de la réservation, et oui, effectivement, il y a la mention "clés dans un coffree sécurisé", mais je ne l'ai pas vu au moment de la réservation, sinon j'aurais demandé plus de détails, car je ne connais pas ce genre d'arrangement. J'ai vu une boite noire à coté de la porte 101ter, sous la boite à lettres, j'ai même appuyé dessus, cherchant une sonnette. JE pensais trouvé quelqu'un à l'intérieur. Je lis sur le mail d'hier soir "la boite est à coté de la porte, son code est 2016". Je n'aurais pas su ouvrir la boite pour trouver le digi-code, pour trouver ensuite les clés je ne sais où. Apparemment ce n'est pas en appuyant sur la boite noire qu'elle ouvre... Mal organisé. Faut dire aussi que l'extérieur de l'immeuble et le quartier ne donnent pas envie d'y entrer. J'ai pris des photos avec mon téléphone, que je vais essayer de mettre sur mon ordi afain de vous montrer ce que j'ai vu. N'ayant pas de smart-phone c'est en rentrant chez moi à Oberhausbergen ce soir que j'ai trouvé et répondu au mail.

Emplacement près du centre. Quartier calme. Propreté. Déco sobre mais agréable. Facilité d'accès avec le coffre à clé. Parcmètre environ 20cts les 15mn.

Devanture peu engageante. Pas de rideau à la porte d'entrée vitrée avec présence d'un lampadaire qui éclaire la nuit. Pas de torchon de cuisine, entrée directe de la rue dans paillasson-compliqué avec la pluie, et nous n'avons pas trouvé la bouilloire et le sèche-cheveux mentionnés dans les équipements. Nous y avons juste dormi une nuit et petit-déjeuné.

L'appartement est cozy et sympa. Bien situé mais pas de place de parking malheureusement mais on s'en sort.

L'eau chaude à disparu lors d'une douche donc douche glacée oblige. Pas des plus agréable mais sinon tout le reste est bien.
