Located in the heart of the Colombian Caribbean, Praia House is more than just a place to stay; it’s an unparalleled experience of luxury and comfort. We combine the natural beauty of San Andrés with a warm and exclusive atmosphere, offering our guests an idyllic place to relax, enjoy the sun, and explore the wonders of this tropical island. The Space
Praia House has 3 levels or floors.
On the first level, you’ll find 2 comfortable living rooms that can also be converted into 2 sofa beds; you’ll also have access to the fully equipped kitchen and the shared bathroom.
On the second level, you’ll find two bedrooms: the master bedroom has a double bed and a trundle bed, along with a private bathroom.
The second bedroom has a double bed and a trundle bed, also with a private bathroom.
And on the third level, you’ll find a rooftop terrace with comfortable furniture where you can enjoy a pleasant moment of relaxation.
Children ages 2 to 9 are NOT counted as additional guests.
We love four-legged guests and don’t believe any family member should be left behind on vacation. We also understand how difficult it is to find pet-friendly accommodations.

Nearby, you’ll also find supermarkets like D1 and Almacenes ÉXITO, CAFAM drugstores, restaurants like SUBWAY, and communication service providers such as MOVISTAR, CLARO, and TIGO. Money transfer services like Western Union, as well as local dining spots—we’re located in one of the island’s most traditional, pleasant, and safe neighborhoods. All of this is no more than a 15-minute walk away.
If you’d like to stay in the island’s tourist area, please do not book with us, as that is not the nature of our accommodations and may not meet your expectations. At Praia House, we want our guests to feel at home while traveling, which is why we’re here to assist you with everything you need during your stay. We personally welcome our guests to address any questions or concerns you may have. Likewise, at our guesthouse you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay: kitchen supplies, comfortable bedding, towels, beach towels, and an iron.
Our location allows you to enjoy other parts of the island—not just the center—including the beaches of San Luis, Rocky Cay, the Mangrove Reserve, the Botanical Garden, and West View Eco Park, among others.
Nearby, you’ll find the D1, Superfruver, and Éxito supermarkets.
The city bus stops at the corner of the residential complex, and you can use it to tour the island.
The downtown beaches are a 5-minute drive away. If you prefer to walk, it’s an easy 15- to 20-minute walk.
