Come and enjoy a stay at the Ca la Mimi gîte with exceptional views of the Canigou massif. You will appreciate the peace and quiet, the comfort, the summer kitchen, and all the amenities offered. The gîte is close to the town center, hiking trails, and halfway between the sea and the mountains. Located near Prades, this semi-detached house offers panoramic views of the Canigou. It has a private entrance and garden opening onto a large, partially enclosed plot with garden furniture, a barbecue, sun loungers, a hammock, and a ping-pong table. Private parking is available. The first floor comprises a kitchen/dining room with a living area and internet access. Room furnished as a relaxation area (TV, DVD player, sofa bed, games and toys for children), shower room, toilet. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bedrooms with queen beds, one with an en-suite shower room (toilet), single sofa bed). Air-conditioned house. Baby equipment available: cot, stroller, baby bath and high chair, potty. Pets allowed. Off-season and outside of school holidays, advantageous price for a weekly rental for 2 people. During school holidays, the courts Stays will be refused: Weekly rentals only. PGJyPg PGJyPg Bed linen not included: can be reserved for €5 per bed.
