first floor of an apartment building constructed around 2000 with a total of 11 units. The two balconies and the beautiful view of the TV tower make QuartierDresden unique. A parking space and Wi-Fi are provided free of charge.
The centerpiece is the modern kitchen. Equipped with a dishwasher, oven, ceramic cooktop, fridge-freezer, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, SodaStream, electric kettle, and toaster, it leaves nothing to be desired. You can enjoy light meals and drinks together at the bar.
Separated by a sliding door, the living room features a dining table for 5 people.
Enjoy the view of the TV Tower right from breakfast! You can watch TV comfortably on the corner couch or in the rocking chair. The TV has cable. However, the available
children’s and board games, as well as a small library, also offer a vacation
alternative. From the living room, you have access to the south-facing balcony with a view of a green garden area and the TV tower. The balconies are equipped with seating.
The bathroom features a spacious shower and ample counter space for toiletries. A washing machine and hair dryer are provided. Towels are provided.
The bedroom opens onto the second balcony. The double bed measures 1.8 x 2.0 m and is always made up with linens. The large mirrored wardrobe provides storage space for all personal belongings.
In the adjacent bedroom, home office, or children’s room, there is a bunk bed with 3
sleeping spaces, measuring 1.4 x 2.0 m and 0.9 x 2.0 m. A small desk is available for office work. A play area has been set up for the children.
Safety first—that’s why the apartment is equipped with a smoke detector, fire blanket, and first-aid kit.
Children of all ages are welcome here! A crib can be set up
for toddlers. The one-time fee for making up the bed, including a bedsheet, is 20 euros.
