8 / 10Excellent·Jul 2026
My teen and I stayed in this apartment during the June 2026 heatwave. To be clear, this apartment does not have air conditioning. The property management folks, after several requests, provided fans for the apartment, which were super helpful. Many (most?) places do not have a/c, so just be aware and prepared to deal with the heat. The apartment itself was small, but must have been recently renovated. It's very nice. There is a small fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. Bed was comfy and the living space worked well for us. There is a bar downstairs which can be quite loud at night, so when the weather is amenable, close the windows. But, there's a bar downstairs, so it's pretty easy to nip down for a beverage. :) The neighborhood is just amazing. So many shops, cafes, restaurants, and several small supermarkets. We loved it. And next time, we'll come to Paris sometime other than the summer!
