About this house rental
An Istrian stone house renovated in 2005. Recommended for small groups of tourists or three families.
The Accommodation
House Ivas is available for rent year-round, with no minimum stay required. The owner does not live in the house. The advantage of the house is that it can be used either as three separate units or as a single space.
It comfortably accommodates 14 people, and many guests have used it for New Year’s celebrations, birthday parties, Easter, long holidays, and business trips.
Guest Access
Guests can use the parking area in the garden (for three cars), high-speed internet, the garden grill, and all indoor and outdoor amenities—all included in the price.
PAYMENT UPON ARRIVAL
Tourist tax is mandatory: 1.10€ per day per adult, 0.55€ per day per child (ages 12–18)
Pets are allowed. The fee for pets is 7 euros per day. Two cribs are available upon request; the price is €8.00 per day.
