The cleanliness of our room was top-notch, with a comfortable shower (harder to find in Europe than you might think). The location is exceptional, in a good part of the city, and the cafeteria across the street offers very strong dishes and excellent coffee. The eponymous jacuzzi was great at the end of a long day exploring Rome.

I am writing because Ursula and the other housekeeping staff person were both amazing. For real. They prepared delicious, yet simple breakfast meals every day with love. They were sincere.
The “wild” room theme was off-putting, to say the least. It was not as advertised. We thought we were getting the luxury room. When we arrived, we were greeted by flying monkeys and cheetah print decor. It was….. weird. And as people of color, ….. let’s just say, “It hit different.”
Look, at the end of the day, we had a great stay. The room was small, but in a great location - 5 mins from the Metro. It was clean. Check out La Perla downstairs for an authentic dining experience.

Language was an issue. We got there early so they held our luggage until we came back. Had an issue getting into the room but there was no one at the desk to assist us. Called the number provided but no one spoke English. Had to wait an additional 30 minutes until someone got us a 9-digit code to enter our room.
