Combining charm and practicality, this lovely apartment offers all the comfort you need:
🛋 Living Room: A bright and welcoming area with a double sofa bed, a single sofa bed, a TV, and a dining table — ideal for relaxing and enjoying meals together.
🍽 Open Kitchen: Functional and well equipped with a stovetop, microwave, toaster, and Nespresso machine. Coffee, tea, and sugar are provided.
🛏 Bedroom: A cosy space featuring a double bed and quality linens.
🚿 Bathroom: Modern and well arranged with a shower, toilet, hairdryer, and welcome toiletries (shower gel, shampoo).
🧺 Additional amenities: Washing machine, iron, bed linen and towels provided for all guests.
⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* The apartment is on the ground floor, facing an inner courtyard, and its windows do not open. Air circulation is poor and the apartment is not air-conditioned: during heatwaves it gets hot inside, which can bother guests who are sensitive to heat or stuffy air.
* Sound insulation is poor. Noise from the neighbours, especially footsteps from the floor above, can be heard, as can the metro passing, which can disturb light sleepers.
* The bedroom is separated from the living area by a blackout curtain, with no door. The apartment is comfortable for up to four; with five guests, three of them sleep on the sofa beds in the living room and the single bathroom, with toilet, takes some organisation.
* The apartment is reached through a small inner courtyard where many bicycles are kept. The passage is cluttered, which can be inconvenient when arriving with large suitcases.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.
On the plus side, you will be in the heart of the Marais, a 5-minute walk from République metro station (lines 3, 5, 8, 9 and 11), in a 50 m² (538 sq ft) apartment with a bedroom, an equipped open kitchen and a washing machine.
You will have exclusive access to the entire apartment during your stay.

We arrived during the national music festival and all of Paris was hectic. This location was a nice secure place to stay and was very comfortable. Photos represent the property perfectly. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.
