⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* The apartment is not air-conditioned and ventilation is limited. In summer, during heatwaves, it gets very hot inside, including at night, which may disturb the sleep of guests who are sensitive to heat.
* The apartment is on the ground floor and its front door opens directly onto the street. With young children, you need to stay careful each time the door is opened.
* Both bathrooms are small and narrow. They make it easy to share among several guests, but there is little room to get ready, which can be uncomfortable for tall guests.

On the plus side, you will be close to Nationale metro station, on a small one-way street, in a 55 m² (592 sq ft) apartment with two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a washing machine and a dishwasher.
The apartment is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole apartment.
Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide.
However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
