About this apartment rental
Our Sigrid vacation home is located in the Feisterer district of Ramsau, right at the foot of the Dachstein Mountains.
We are partners of the Ramsau Winter Card and the Schladming Dachstein Card (formerly the Summer Card)
With approximately 94 m² of living space, the entire house is available exclusively for your vacation. With 2 double bedrooms for 4 people and 2 additional beds for another 2 people, it offers ample and very comfortable space for 6 people.
A garden, balcony, ski storage room, laundry room with a dryer and washing machine (free of charge), and a lockable garage for bicycles are available.
The interior finishes and flooring of the house are largely made of solid wood from local Swiss stone pine and spruce. The restroom, showers, and hallway are equipped with underfloor heating. Satellite TVs are located in the living room, the Swiss stone pine room, and the spruce room.
The vacation home is located directly on the hiking trail and the cross-country ski trail. The nearest bus stop is approximately 500 meters away.
There are countless great recreational opportunities right on your doorstep. Cross-country skiing, ski touring, snowshoeing,
downhill skiing (5 minutes by car), tobogganing, hiking, rock climbing, or simply relaxing in the garden. Almost everything is possible without a car!

The kitchen with dining area features a dishwasher, a refrigerator, an electric stove with oven, a microwave, and a coffee maker
The “Zirbe” living room features a very cozy sofa set, a TV with satellite, and Wi-Fi.
The Swiss stone pine bedroom, made of solid Swiss stone pine, features a double bed, a wardrobe, a TV, a pull-out lounge bed, a balcony, and a private toilet and shower with underfloor heating.
The Spruce Room features a double bed, a lounge chair, a seating area, and a balcony. It has its own toilet and shower with underfloor heating.

On-site fees: A €200 cash deposit will be collected upon arrival. A key safe is available for check-in and check-out at the Sigrid vacation home, which can be operated using the code you provide. Check-in is from 3:00 p.m., and check-out is by 9:00 a.m. at the latest. There are 2 parking spaces; bicycles can be stored in the lockable garage. There is a ski room for sleds, skis, hiking poles, and snowshoes. A washing machine and dryer are available free of charge in the laundry room.
Check-in is from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m., and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
