We hebben er heel goed verbleven. Ik zou wellicht nog een keer daar blijven als we met een grote groep weer naar porto g

De inrichting was top en dat er 2-3 apartmenten boven op elkaar zaten. Gesplitst en toch samen.

Helaas was de deur bij het slot kapot van T1 (eerste apartement) waardoor de deur moeilijk open en op slot ging. Ook was er in de badkamer een lek. Waardoor de badkamer na het douchen erg nat werd op de vloer. De beneden apartement werd snel vochtig. Ik heb er continue last van mijn astma gehad. Maar er zat in elke kamer een luchtreguleringsaparaat. Om dat probleem zo veel mogelijk op te lossen.

L'appartamento di per sé era strutturato bene, ma con qualche attenzione e accortezza in più sarebbe stato pure buono

Purtroppo piuttosto sporco, trovati peli di chissà quale natura nel letto, lavatrice incassata malamente tant'è che durante i lavaggi tremava l'intero appartamento e lo sportello sbatteva di continuo contro il muro, una finestra impossibile da chiudere con la luce che penetrava continuamente nell'appartamento e servizio WiFi inesistente, segnale molto debole e spesso anche se collegato non funzionante, in più comunicazioni con l'host decisamente pessime, per errore nostro abbiamo dimenticato le chiavi in appartamento e ce ne siamo accorti solo in tarda serata, dopo vari tentativi di contattare l'assistenza (segnalata 24su24) ci comunicano che non sono in possesso di una seconda chiave e che l'unica soluzione per poter riaccedere all'appartamento era di chiamare un fabbro all'una di notte con un costo di 120€ esclusivamente in contanti e senza fattura, al che accettiamo essendo l'unica opzione per poi scoprire nei giorni successivi che la seconda chiave fosse disponibile e che saremmo stati disposti a recuperarla a nostre spese (visto che l'errore era il nostro) anche la mattina seguente visto che poteva essere recuperata solo negli orari d'ufficio e avremmo evitato di dover pagare un servizio cosi alto visto l'orario, la mancata comunicazione di questa informazione la trovo molto grave da parte dell'host che nonostante le scuse non ha fatto null'altro per rimediare anche solo parzialmente a questo danno che ci ha creato.

Par où commencer.... Nous avions le logement deux chambres. Énormément d'humidité les murs sont noirs, une tâche au plafond ; 3 déshumidificateurs (bonne idée mais c'est insuffisant). Logement sale, chaises cassées, absence de télécommande de télé. La vaisselle très insuffisante et sale...... Pas d'eau chaude pendant 48h (bravo au service client qui s'est quand même démené) Je ne recommande pas

175€ pela estadia de 1 noite + 79€ por um cão de 3kg. Falta de transparência e limpeza dececionante.

Vizinhança muito tranquila

A minha experiência foi decepcionante pela falta de transparência relativamente à taxa cobrada para animais de estimação. Paguei 175€ pela hospedagem para 4 pessoas (casal e 2 filhos) e, apenas após a reserva e o respetivo pagamento, fui informado de que teria de pagar mais 79€ pelo meu cão de apenas 3 kg. Isto representa aproximadamente 45% do valor total da reserva, um montante que considero totalmente desproporcional. Durante anos de viagens e hospedagens com nosso cãozinho, raras foram as vezes que pagamos pela sua "hospedagem". Das pouquíssimas vezes que pagamos, a taxa máxima que pagamos foi 30€ / sempre variando entre 10€, 15€ e 20€. Nesta hospedagem o anúncio menciona apenas que "poderão existir taxas adicionais", mas não informa de forma clara, evidente e antecipada que existe uma taxa específica para animais nem qual o seu valor. Se eu tivesse conhecimento desta cobrança antes de concluir a reserva, jamais teria escolhido este alojamento. Após a minha reclamação, foi concedido um desconto de 35%, mas mesmo assim tive de pagar cerca de 51€, valor que continuo a considerar excessivo para um cão de pequeno porte e para apenas 1 noite. Além disso, a limpeza do alojamento deixou a desejar. Encontrámos diversas teias de aranha, aranhas em vários cantos da casa, cabelos espalhados pelo chão, mesa e camas. Muitas pequenas sujeiras e poeiras, pêlos e cabelos também pelo chão de todos os cómodos. Logo na entrada do apartamento nas escadas do lado de dentro ja nos deparamos com a sujeira no chão. Tivemos inclusive de remover algumas teias e limpar determinadas áreas para nos sentirmos minimamente confortáveis durante a estadia. O alojamento em si tem potencial e não considero que seja um espaço mau. No entanto, a falta de transparência relativamente aos custos adicionais e as falhas de limpeza comprometeram significativamente a experiência. Provavelmente eu não voltaria.
