The house is incredibly spacious and located in a quiet countryside area while still being just a short trip from the city center. Communication with the person in charge was perfect — very quick and helpful!

Very well managed by Pietro who organised us a fabulous dinner on our arrival and came very quickly and highly efficiently when we needed him on a couple of occasions. Very clean and, once we’d found it, in a wonderfully quiet, tucked away location. Lovely pool and gardens. Villa layout all on one floor was ideal for our needs. Spacious and well equipped.
1. We felt it could have done with some instructions.
How to use the locks on all the doors which we found complicated and inconsistent. In fact, my son got locked in his bedroom for quite a few hours and had to climb out through the bathroom window!
Where to locate the fuse box. We went ten hours without electricity on our second night which we could have fixed ourselves if we’d known where it was.
How to locate the property. It’s difficult to find and could easily be solved with what three words.
2. for the price we would expect shampoo in the bathrooms as well as somewhere in the shower to put it, and bath mats. Also, the smell coming from the bathrooms in the house was quite severe.
3. It would be good to have at least one full length mirror somewhere in the house.
4. For the price we would expect cotton sheets rather than ones which I use as under sheets!
5. If you are hosting Brits - we would urge you to purchase a kettle. Would be far less of a drain on gas which we used to boil water several times a day for tea.
6. A Wi-Fi extender that enables WiFi in the two adjoining bedrooms in main house. There is very poor signal in the area so there is no access to internet from these rooms.
