Pobyt na plaży i zwiedzanie bardzo udane, ale mieszkanie to ogromne rozczarowanie.
Korzystna lokalizacja przy głównej spacerowej uliczce miasteczka z licznymi butikami, piekarniami, cukierniami i sklepami oraz bliskość pięknej, niezatłoczonej, piaszczystej plaży.
W ofercie na Booking.com dotyczącej tego apartamentu była i jest nadal informacja, że klimatyzacja jest obsługiwana indywidualnie dla każdego pokoju. Jest to nieprawda - klimatyzator jest tylko w salonie, we wszystkich trzech sypialniach były tylko wentylatory stojące, co było niewystarczające do komfortowego snu przy wysokich temperaturach na zewnątrz. W sypialniach panował zaduch i gorąc. Nie było też możliwości ich wywietrzenia, gdyż w lipcu nocą temperatury są nadal bardzo wysokie, a ponadto otwierając okno zaglądamy sąsiadom do mieszkań (bardzo ciasna zabudowa, wszystkie okna wychodziły na sąsiednie budynki, które było bardzo blisko.
Brak możliwości wyrzucania śmieci, gdyż przez cały pobyt nie otrzymaliśmy karty otwierającej śmietniki. Po licznych prośbach z naszej strony jeden raz ktoś przyszedł odebrać od nas śmieci (pobyt trwał 10 nocy w 6 osób, sytuacja nie była komfortowa, a przy braku klimatyzacji w każdym pomieszczeniu i wysokich temperaturach śmieci zwyczajnie zaczynały brzydko pachnieć).
Zdjęcia apartamentu zamieszczone na Booking.com nie ukazują rzeczywistego stanu mieszkania, w rzeczywistości wygląda znacznie gorzej, co można zobaczyć na załączonych przeze mnie zdjęciach. Rozwalona "ozdoba" balustrady balkonu, balkon wychodzący na sąsiadujące budynki w bardzo bliskiej odległości, stolik na balkonie częściowo zapadnięty od kapiącej z klimatyzatora wody, częściowo dziurawy. W jednej z łazienek brakuje części płytek pod prysznicem, głównie przy odpływie oraz jest uszkodzony wąż prysznicowy. W kuchni uszkodzone szafki, w salonie i jednej z sypialni uszkodzone panele na podłodze, w salonie odstające listwy przypodłogowe i listwy kablowe, brudne ściany, uszkodzone jedne drzwi, brudne szyby w oknach.
Brak wentylacji w łazienkach, po każdej kąpieli po płytkach całej łazienki płynęła skroplona woda. W obu łazienkach okna wychodzące na szyb kanalizacyjny - brak możliwości ich otwarcia z uwagi na odór wydobywający się z szybu.
