No, I won't stay here since my deposit was not refunded by them, instead refunded by booking.com.

The first thing about the people who rent out this place to booking.com, why was my deposit not refunded as promised?? While I did like the location, and I could have easily recommended this place to a bunch of people who wanted to stay in Ipoh, I will never do so, as my deposit was not refunded by them. These people have a nice place, location is also ok, but cannot refund my deposit. Very short-term business attitude!

My deposit was not refunded and it was booking.com that finally refunded my deposit via a travel voucher, after a little more than a month. I will never ever stay at this place, and I will never ever recommend that anyone stays here. I will choose a different place next time I travel to Ipoh.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Misleading Listing, Rude Owner and Unacceptable Service. AVOID THIS PLACE! Our experience at this property was absolutely horrible and far below our expectations. The facilities advertised in the listing were misleading, and the reality was completely different from what was promised. Upon checking in, we discovered that there was no electric kettle, hairdryer, microwave, washing machine, toilet paper, mirror, rubbish bin, or even a properly equipped kitchenette with basic necessities such as cups, plates and utensils, despite these being listed as available facilities. To make matters worse, the owner’s attitude was rude and disappointing when we raised our concerns. Rather than receiving proper assistance and reasonable hospitality, we were left frustrated by the way our requests were handled. The additional items we requested were only provided on the evening before our checkout, even though we had to leave at around 9 AM the following morning. What was the point of providing these items when we barely had any time left to use them? We had spent almost our entire stay without the basic facilities that were advertised and supposedly included in our booking. This is completely unacceptable. Guests should not have to chase the owner for basic amenities that should have been available from the moment they checked in. Providing them at the very last minute does not resolve the inconvenience or compensate for the poor experience. The lack of proper facilities, combined with the owner’s attitude and the delayed response, made this stay incredibly frustrating. We believe the property failed to deliver what was promised, and a reasonable refund or compensation would have been the bare minimum to acknowledge these shortcomings. My strongest advice to anyone considering this property is: DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE.

During our stay, we experienced several problems with the room facilities and services: 1.Water Heater – The water heater in the master bedroom was not working, causing inconvenience when using the bathroom. 2.Air-Conditioning Remote Controls – There were no air-conditioning remote controls available in both rooms. 3.Toiletries – The body wash and shampoo were not replenished/refilled. 4.Door Lock Problem – When we went out for dinner, we were unable to lock the room door properly. It took some time for us resolve the lock problem, which caused inconvenience and concern regarding room security. 5.Unexpected Alarm – The following morning, while we were sleeping, the alarm suddenly went off, disturbing our sleep. -Overall, these issues caused considerable inconvenience during our stay. We hope the management will take the necessary action to ensure that all room facilities are properly checked and maintained before guests check in. -I would like to request compensation due to the inconvenience and issues we experienced during our stay. The problems with the room facilities and lock caused considerable inconvenience and affected our overall stay. I hope you could kindly consider providing appropriate compensation as a gesture of goodwill.

Overall the apartment was spacious, suitable for big family. Easy access to many shop, pharmacy..near to hospital ipoh. But im not satisfied with the blanket provided because it is too small for family used, need to bring own blanket.

The apartment was okay and comfortable to stay in. However, I was disappointed because I informed the owner that both bathroom water heaters were not functioning, and there was no internet connection, even though they mentioned that Wi-Fi was available. It was very disappointing. As for the deposit refund, it was stated that it would be refunded within 48 hours, but I only received mine after 5 days. Overall, it was an unhappy experience.

The room is clean and neat

Very bad staff. The response from the staff is extremely slow. I’m very disappointed. I’ve been waiting for 3 days and still haven’t received the receipt, even though I’ve been asking politely every day. I don’t know what the staff are so busy with. There’s a WhatsApp group with 3 admins, but none of them respond. Very disappointing!
