L’ospite non è un pollo da spennare ma va trattato con rispetto, gentilezza e cura.
L’appartamento era carino, moderno, arredato bene. Completo di QUASI tutto ció che poteva servire per la vacanza. Mi è piaciuta la doccia spaziosa e i letti erano comodi. La cucina funzionale e ben accessoriata. La casa sembrava abbastanza pulita (bastava non guardare sotto il divano letto).
Anzitutto prima del mio arrivo avevo informato il gestore dell’appartamento che avrei portato il mio cane di grossa taglia, abituato a vivere fuori e per questo avevo chiesto l’appartamento con il giardino. Il gestore, nonostante la specifica della mia richiesta, non mi aveva detto che il giardino non fosse recintato e che quindi il cane non potesse rimanere fuori (cosa che se mi avesse spiegato avrei evitato di portarlo con noi in vacanza). Al mio arrivo, dopo aver chiesto spiegazioni mi è stato risposto malamente che non erano tenuti a dirmi questa cosa e che il cane l’avrei dovuto tenere dentro casa. Considerato che sia noi che lui non avevamo questa abitudine non abbiamo dormito, lui era sempre molto agitato e abbiamo passato una pessima settimana. Ho chiesto poi i contatti di una dog sitter al proprietario, per poter lasciare alcune giornate il cane in compagnia mentre noi andavamo in piscina o al lago. Nonostante il proprietario sapesse che avevamo preso accordi con la signora, ci ha accusati di aver lasciato il cane tutto il giorno legato ad un palo da solo fuori casa (cosa mai successa) questo mi ha fatto molto arrabbiare, perchè non si è mai presentato alla nostra porta nemmeno per presentarsi o darci il benvenuto, ha ricevuto solo lamentele infondate o ingigantite, prendendole per vere, senza prima venire di persona a constatare che fossero vere. L’accusa mi ha profondamente ferita, poichè è sembrato che noi non stessimo alle regole dell’appartamento, quando siamo stati gli UNICI a rispettarle. Ogni volta che è stata chiesta una cosa al proprietario non ci è mai venuto incontro. Inoltre era stata chiesta una scopa o aspirapolvere per poter pulire dato che eravamo stati costretti a vivere con il cane in casa e mangiando ogni giorno l’appartamento andava tenuto pulito. Ci era stato detto che l’avremmo trovata fuori dalla porta, lasciata dal personale delle pulizie. Non è mai stata portata nonostante le sollecitazioni. Voto 0
