Loved this cosy cottage! Everything you need for a quiet, comfy stay..5 mins by car to rye , perfect for a short getaway. Wasn't expecting under floor heating in bathroom! Luke was a very good host, would definitely recommend this accommodation
Nothing not to like it was a lovely stay

The property was quaint. The lounge furniture was a little tired but OK.
Kitchen was well equipped and bathroom was clean and tidy.
Bedroom was a good size with good storage and USB plugs near to bed, which were very handy
With single glazing, which whilst in keeping with the property could have benefitted from secondary double glazing.
Heating worked well, so never cold.
Garden was a little disappointing as basically overgrown.

Quirky and cosy
Nothing that wasn’t resolved quickly

Located near to walks and town
The stairs were very steep and a slip hazard . bathroom very dated with a raised lip on the doorway floor.
