The location and the good space.
A little more of WC paper available would be fine.

We had the most incredible stay in Paris for our girls’ trip, honestly couldn’t have asked for a better apartment for the five of us. From the second we walked in, we were obsessed with the interiors. The furnishings were absolutely beautiful, so stylish and modern while still feeling really warm and comfortable.
The apartment was spotless, spacious and perfectly set up for a group stay. Every room felt thoughtfully designed, and there was plenty of space for all five of us to relax without feeling cramped at all.
One of the standout features was definitely the cinema room, such an amazing touch The whole apartment felt really luxurious but still homely at the same time, and it completely made our trip.
It was the perfect mix of comfort, style and fun for a girls’ getaway.
Would recommend it to anyone visiting Paris, great value for money and the hosts were very helpful too it’s super close to shops bars and supermarkets in the 14th arrondissement it was the perfect base for exploring the city while still feeling relaxed and peaceful away from the busiest tourist areas.
Nothing suited us lovely I forgot to take photos of inside the apartment but they are as seen on booking lol the first photo is our view from our door
