Location, comfort, well controlled temperature. Parking and ease of access. Good sized room and level access shower.
Could do with tiny bits of maintenance e.g.tap in kitchen needs to hit back wall for cold, holder for moveable shower head broken (although shower works well). Needs a few more mugs, and some baking trays to heat things up in the oven. None of this is a major problem would just make it perfect.

We stayed here as we were going to Harry Potter Warner Brothers studio tour at Watford. The location in St Albans is very good and only between 20-30 mins drive to the studio. The apartment is modern, nicely decorated and very comfortable, with added bonus of having a private parking space. There is a train station nearby as well. It’s around 10 minute walk to centre of St Albans, where there are plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. Would recommend this apartment as a lovely place to stay and a good base for exploring the surrounding area or further afield. Communication with the owner was very good with quick response.

Location close to train station and our family
Early check in facilitated which we really appreciated as we were attending a funeral
Bed room was hot and stuffy but we did stay in August on a hot night

Good size flat. Modern and clean.
Very noisy building from other neighbors. Double bed was actually 2 single mattresses put together so could not enjoy it. The bedding was poor quality synthetic, uncomfy pillows. No hand towel or bath mat. No where to put toiletries bag in bathroom.
