mosquito problems

It’s a nice apartment with two bathrooms and two spacious bedrooms.

We had to pay an undisclosed €30 late check-in fee. The sofa bed mattress was too thin and uncomfortable for several nights. There was a serious mosquito problem despite buying repellents, and the walls were covered in dead mosquitoes and blood stains. The electric kettle was also broken.

Good location, poor service

The flat was big, spacious and well located

We arrived at the apartment after 17:00, following a message from the owner earlier that morning. Unfortunately, the apartment was not properly cleaned when we arrived. We found black hairs on the floor and in the toilet, as well as dust in several areas. I reported the cleanliness issues to the owner immediately, but no solution was offered. The only response was a wish for a good stay, without any action to address the problem. The apartment is also not well equipped for a comfortable stay. Basic items that are usually expected were missing, such as washing machine detergent, oil, and pepper. Some of the appliances were also not in good condition. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, mainly due to the lack of cleanliness and the lack of support when the issue was reported.
