Central location was great, close to KL Sentral station and many options for food nearby. The room was suitable for rest at the end of the day, with decent space and space to store our bags.

The instructions for key collection and drop off could have been clearer, we had to wait outside in the heat for 15 minutes for someone to drop the key off after messaging them on arrival. Instructions said to call them, which they had disabled on WhatsApp... The pool was closed with short notice after we booked which was very disappointing given it was one of the reasons we booked this accommodation.

Walking distance to KL Sentral, all types of train-LRT, KTM, KLIA Express/Transit (both from/to Airport T1/2), MRT and Monorail (the 2nd station is just 10 minutes' walk from Riveria City), ease travelling of KL and beyond. Inside KL Sentral is Nu Sentral, a huge shopping mall, plus the surrounding area with foods, pubs, convenient stores.

Bed mattress is soft, (body ache, is time to change)) pillow casing, bed sheet, blanket, doesn't seem clean and fresh, hairs sticking on it, yellowish, dull, I got bitten by buds from the pillow and underneath the blanket. I have 2 towels, 1 is white and the other yellowish.
