About this apartment rental
The six newly built homes, called “Am Edelweißanger,” are located right next to the aerial cableway and the valley run (ski right from your front door). Each of the 4–6 apartments per home has a balcony or terrace with a beautiful south-facing view. The houses are connected by an underground parking garage. Each house features a ski room with a boot dryer, a washing machine, and a coin-operated dryer.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a double bed (sleeps 2), a south-facing balcony with a beautiful panoramic view, 1 bathroom with a bathtub, a sink, and a toilet, and a sauna (included in the price).
Downstairs: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (sleeps 2), 1 bedroom with a bunk bed (sleeps 2); both bedrooms have spacious closets. 1 cozy living room with a sofa bed that converts into a double bed (sleeps 2), a south-facing balcony with a beautiful panoramic view, cable TV, a DVD player, and a large, comfortable dining area.
1 fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, combination microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and toaster. 1 bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.
The price includes:
- Reservation fee: €40.00 (one-time fee per apartment)
- Final cleaning
- Local tax per day: €3.00 per adult and €1.00 per child (up to age 15)
- Mobility surcharge per adult: €0.50 per day
- Bed linens: €17.00 per person—this is added based on the number of people booked.
(Toilet paper and bath mats are included in the bed linen set as extras. Bath and hand towels can be rented separately.)
