Great location, Marcello was a lovely host. Breakfast vouchers for a nearby cafe with options for coffee/juice and sweet treats like cornetto, brioche and graffa. 5* for the location

Its a little tricky to find the door ( number 165 is actually in a small walkway on the right side of 164 not next to it) but the area is safe, friendly and vibrant with plenty of options. Domenico is the man!. Friendly and quick to answer your texts. Room was clean and looked just like the pictures.

The area where the apartment is located is quite lovely. The room was nice enough and the air conditioning worked well. The bed was comfortable. Our room was not stocked with coffee or tea, but it arrived several hours later.
There was water and soft drinks available for a reasonable fee.
Unfortunately, the towels smelled musty and there is an extra charge for house keeping or to get new towels. The shower did not drain well. The shower gel/ soap was empty. There is an extra tax that must be paid in cash or by credit card, but there was no staff on site to take a card during our 3 day stay.
A metro station is close by. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants to choose from near the apartment. There is a coin laundry a couple of blocks away.
