Most of the staff were very helpful. The gentleman, I believe his name was Ron was excellent. Everyone was very helpful. However, when I went to checkout this morning the lady insisted I owed money. I knew I didn't and she argued with me, most unprofessional of her. She then found out that I had indeed paid for everything. She offered no apology after she argued with me

And the lamp in the bathroom did not worked
I asked to get new room and refused by reception with no availability ! When I checked online before approaching there is a lot of rooms available to buy instantly!!
But the location was on the beach of Bat Yam and the beach across the street.
The guy from the breakfast doing everything to make the best, what was appreciated by me a lot!

We stayed four nights and had a truly great time. The room (classic - city view) was big enough and was nice and clean. All staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was amazing (loved the shakshuka).
We will definitely stay here again for our next stay in bat yam.
