Single-story family home with garden 500 meters from the beaches. Just a few kilometers from Faro, the capital of the Algarve, and only 2 km from Villamoura, the largest and most prestigious marina in Europe, Quarteira is an ideal location in the heart of the Algarve. With its wooded garden with barbecue/pizza oven and its two outdoor terraces, enjoy lovely family evenings. You will find at your disposal about ten board games, a chessboard, a Wii, a synthesizer and even an arch for fun in the garden. The house was completely renovated and remodeled last year. It offers a pleasant space, with 4 air-conditioned bedrooms and a large balcony with French windows on all 4 sides. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped (large and small appliances). The terrace with its pergola allows for relaxing moments on the sun loungers and al fresco dining. A terrace offers a superb view of the starry sky. The house is located at equal distances (approximately 500 m) from both ends of Quarteira's beaches and only a 20-minute walk from the famous Villamoura Marina where you can meet celebrities. From Quarteira, it is approximately a 1-hour drive from the most important tourist attractions in the Algarve (Sagres and Cabo de São Vicente, Monchique and its many fountains, Albufeira, Portimão, Faro, Loulé, Selves and its Arab-Muslim festival, Spain). With or without a car, you can still enjoy various attractions, shopping centers, souvenir shops, and restaurants with very affordable prices. A great advantage: close relatives live across the street and can help you with any daily concerns, assist you, inform you, and advise you.
