This is a property with no staff on site, no front desk and no way to communicate with the host. The listing says there is a 24hr front desk - no so! There is no way to store bags (or even access the property) before the 3 pm (or 2 pm) check-in time.
You get spammed before you go to register online including a photo, which is used as the entry door key (face recognition). 4 more emails came after successful registration reminding you to register. These are in Portuguese and as html attachments so difficult to translate.
There was an email requesting your arrival time - Which based on my flights - would be midday. I sent this off. It was not acknowledged, On arriving at the property there was no way in - you are on the street in a semi industrial area. A cleaner who was leaving managed to talk with someone on the intercom who said that I was registered but the door would only unlock after 2pm. 3 hours to kill. My bag was also delayed and there was no way this could be delivered (without me being there), no front desk, no building access, no response to the contact phone number.
The deluxe apartment was clean, had full kitchen and separate bedroom with King bed. Linens were nice, a little noise through the floor and good value generally. If you know the drill and this works for you - i.e. only access strictly for the "hours between check in and check out" and no help with anything out of the ordinary - then this may work for you. This is not a hotel or "hosted" .
