This newly renovated, 50-square-meter vacation apartment in Prien am Chiemsee offers modern comforts and stylish design. With a private entrance and parking space, you’ll enjoy complete independence. The apartment is conveniently located near the town center, right next to a call-a-taxi stop—perfect for spontaneous outings. In just 7 minutes, you’ll be at the Prien harbor, and beautiful hiking and biking trails start right outside the front door. Ideal for couples and outdoor enthusiasts!
The Accommodation
The accommodation features a spacious terrace with a beach chair and a gas grill, making it ideal for relaxing evenings under the open sky. In the cozy living room, you’ll find a sleeper sofa that’s perfect for a child, for example. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven, and a Nespresso coffee machine. You can unwind in the separate bedroom, while the modern bathroom with a walk-in shower offers extra comfort. Additionally, the apartment is equipped with smoke detectors and window screens.
For check-in, we offer self-check-in via a key code, but we’re also happy to assist you in person on-site.

Whether in the mountains or by the lake, the region offers everything nature lovers and sports enthusiasts could wish for.
Right across from the apartment is a stop for the ROSI on-demand taxi. With a phone call or via the app, you can easily order a ROSI taxi at the regular public transit rate or reserve one in advance.
