Everything was really excellent! I really enjoyed staying there, the hostel was clean, tidy, and the staff very friendly. It was quiet and the surroundings were beautiful and peaceful. I definitely want to come back

The location is just stunning.
One guest in the bunk room was very badly behaved but this was his fault not that of the YHA.

Quiet and peaceful, right in front of beautiful Lake of wasdale.
Just few minutes drive to where we started our walk to the mountain of Scafell pike.
