Room was spacious and quiet.
The hotel wasn’t full but the staff were unable to give an early check till 8 - am guessing they would have preferred to make money from an early check in fee.
Better lighting could be done in the bedroom. Was dark during the day if curtains not open and exposed to building site. No airport shuttle . Not as near to Dubai mall as I thought and could not walk. Lots of traffic

Location of the hotel, staff and hotel decoration was unique.
Small rooms, even if labeled as suites or XL, can feel quite cramped. The bed frames have sharp edges, which raises the risk of bumping your leg. Additionally, the furniture is oversized for the limited space, calling for a reevaluation of the layout.

The wifi was terrible, the housekeeping came at 5:45 pm when i just arrived from work! While i was out the whole day!!!!
The pools were dirty, also the room i was at had a shared door with the room besides and it wad very noisy!!! I requested a late checkout and the receptionist refused. It was not a pleasant experience
