North Hero House Inn and Resort

Just a really cute small hotel with a great restaurant and small bar. The staff were incredibly helpful and pleasant.

Staff was wonderful. Property is very well taken care of . Loved my stay

Great location. Good food. Great view and little grassy peninsula for hanging out.

Called the number listed on booking.com because I wasn't sure how to check in. The person answered the phone and was confused that I was calling that number. I said I was calling the number I was given, but this seemed to simply annoy the person, who asked me strange questions about why I was calling. I said several times, "to check in". Eventually he figured it out, but came nowhere close to apologizing for being so obtuse. Then, upon getting my key, the person at the desk did not understand their own schematic of the property. I pointed to the larger scale drawing to confirm my location, he dismissively reprimanded me and pointed to the same spot on the smaller scale blow up......... so I was correct, but not only did he not comprehend this, he strangely went on about "funny how our minds work",.....uh, yeah, funny. Then finally, for breakfast, our waitress did not explain how the coupon worked. When my wife asked a question, the waitress rolled her eyes. Wow, just wow.

The restaurant was excellent.

The room was small and had a view of garage roofs. If you are in the main inn, You have to walk through the dining room where people are eating to access the stairs to your rooms.
